  1. Definitions

Welcome to PROCORTech.com (“PROCOR”).  The PROCOR website (“PROCOR Site”) is comprised of various web pages owned and operated by PROCOR Technologies, Inc. (“PROCOR”).  This document sets forth the Privacy Policy of PROCOR and the PROCOR Site and the terms which govern the collection and use of information you provide to us whether via the PROCOR Site or by any other means.  By accessing or using the PROCOR Site and providing any personal information to us, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you must not provide PROCOR with your personal information or simply not access the PROCOR Site.

  1. Personal Information

Personal information includes information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, your address, your company name, your phone number, your email address, etc.  In some cases, we may need this information to provide the products or services that you have requested.  Unless necessary to provide our products and services, the amount of personal information that you choose to disclose to PROCOR is completely up to you.  The only way PROCOR knows anything about you personally is if you provide it to PROCOR.  We do not intentionally collect any sensitive information such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation or political beliefs.  Please do not send PROCOR any sensitive personal information.  We will use your personal information among other things to help customize your PROCOR Site experience, enhance our services and facilitate communications with you or between you and the companies that are a part of our database of companies (“Suppliers”) listed throughout the PROCOR Site. 

  1. Cookies

The PROCOR Site may set cookies on your computer.  A cookie is a small set of data that our server may transmit to your internet browser upon your initial visit to the PROCOR Site and updated with each return visit.  Most internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but a browser typically gives a User the option of accepting or rejecting any particular cookie.  Currently, we only use the information that we gather from the use of cookies to: (1) Keep track of User preferences, (2) Monitor aggregate visitor usage patterns, (3) Identify any PROCOR Site technical problems and (4) Help improve the functionality of the PROCOR Site.  We do not currently use cookies for any other purposes.   However, we reserve our rights to use cookies for additional purposes in the future. 

  1. Username and Password

As a PROCOR Site User, you are responsible for all actions taken with your PROCOR Site username and password.  Therefore, you should not disclose your password to any third parties.  If you choose to share your username and password with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your PROCOR Site login.  If you suspect that your password has been compromised, you should immediately change your password. 

  1. Using Collected Information

Until you initiate a voluntary transaction with the PROCOR Site, PROCOR does not collect any personal information about you.  Any personal information collected is generally used to:  (1) Provide a more personalized experience for the PROCOR Site, (2) Process requests for information, (3) Communicate with you, (4) Provide you information concerning our products and services, (5) Notify you about new products or services, or (6) Notify you about updates or improvements to our existing products and services. 

  1. Email and other Correspondence from EcoEngineeringSystems.org

We may send you email or other forms of correspondence that are intended to notify you of PROCOR Site improvements, PROCOR Site additions, new products, services, special offers or updates or improvements to our existing products and services.  You have the right to “opt-out” and prohibit use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.  If you prefer not to receive any such email correspondence or marketing information, please contact us at: marketing (at) procortech (dot) com or click “unsubscribe” as instructed in any email from us.

  1. Email and other Correspondence from Suppliers

If you initiate contact with a Supplier, you may be asked to provide contact information required by the Supplier to respond to your request. Depending on how you wish the Supplier to respond to your request, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, including one or more of the following:  Name, Company, Telephone Number, Mailing Address and E-mail Address.  The PROCOR Site will only forward a Supplier required information.  Once information has been provided to a Supplier, it is out of the control of PROCOR and subject to the Privacy Policy of that Supplier. 

  1. International Disclosures

Personal information collected through the PROCOR Site or otherwise by PROCOR may be transferred across national boundaries, stored and processed in any of the countries around the world in which PROCOR, its affiliates or partners maintain offices.  By providing any personal information to PROCOR, you acknowledge that you are giving your consent to transfer your personal information to any PROCOR affiliate or partner worldwide. 

  1. Partners and Third Parties

From time to time PROCOR may employ other companies to perform services on our behalf.  PROCOR may submit personal information to third parties as necessary to fulfill service or performance obligations.  Third parties may have access to your personal information only if it is required to perform their service.  Third parties may not use personal information for any other purposes.  You may elect to “opt out” of having your personal information shared with third parties.  To opt-out, please submit a request by email to:  marketing (at) procortech (dot) com. 

  1. Business Transaction

It is possible that PROCOR could merge with, purchase, or be acquired by another business entity.  In such business transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets.  Accordingly, we reserve our rights to sell or purchase any or all customer information in such a business transaction.  If this occurs, you will be notified of the change by e-mail or by a notice on the PROCOR Site. 

  1. Disclosure Required by Law

PROCOR may release your personal information if it believes such release is necessary to comply with law.

To prevent unauthorized access of personal information, the PROCOR Site has put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure personal information.  However, the PROCOR Site is run on software, hardware, and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance, experience problems or breaches of security.  PROCOR is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties who receive User information. 

  1. Links to Other Websites

The PROCOR Site contains links to other websites that are out of our control.  These websites may have their own privacy policies.  For your own protection, you should review the privacy policies when visiting these other sites to make sure they meet your privacy concerns. 

  1. Persons Not of Age of Majority

The PROCOR Site and its related information and features are not intended for persons who are not of the age of majority.  Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect personal information and we request that no information in relation to such persons be sent to us. 

  1. Changes to Terms

PROCOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to modify the Privacy Policy under which the PROCOR Site is offered.  Such modifications and additions shall be effective immediately.  The most current version of the Privacy Policy shall supersede all previous Privacy Policy versions.  YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AFTER NOTICE OF MODIFICATIONS, CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE MODIFICATIONS, CHANGES OR ADDITIONS.  PROCOR encourages you to periodically review the Privacy Policy to stay Informed of our updates.
